Data Deletion Instructions

How to Request Data Deletion

At Inmedoc, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from our platform, you can do so using any of the methods below.

Option 1: Delete from Dashboard

If you have access to your account, you can request data deletion directly:

  1. Log in to your Inmedoc dashboard at https://inmedoc.com/login
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section
  4. Click "Delete Account"
  5. Confirm the deletion when prompted

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to support@inmedoc.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the following information:

  • Your registered email address
  • Your workspace name or subdomain
  • Your phone number (for identity verification)

What Data We Delete

When you request data deletion, we permanently remove the following:

  • Your account and profile information
  • All workspace data (contacts, conversations, messages)
  • WhatsApp message history and media files
  • Broadcast campaigns and template data
  • Billing history and invoices
  • AI chat logs and usage data
  • Audit logs and activity history

Processing Timeline

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been permanently deleted. Please note that once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Data Retention Exceptions

We may retain certain data as required by applicable laws, regulations, or legitimate business purposes such as:

  • Financial records required for tax compliance (retained for up to 7 years)
  • Data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
  • Anonymized and aggregated data that cannot identify you

Facebook / Meta Data

If you connected your account via Facebook Login, we will also delete all data received from Meta Platform APIs associated with your account. To additionally manage your data with Facebook, visit Facebook App Settings to remove the Inmedoc app from your Facebook account.
