Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Inmedoc platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including workspace administrators, agents, and viewers.

2. Description of Service

Inmedoc is a white-label WhatsApp Business SaaS platform that provides:

  • Shared inbox for WhatsApp Business conversations
  • Contact management and segmentation
  • Broadcast messaging and campaign management
  • AI-powered automation (chatbots, auto-replies, message suggestions)
  • Analytics and reporting
  • Team collaboration with role-based access control
  • White-label branding and website builder

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete information during registration
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • One workspace per subdomain; subdomains must not infringe on trademarks
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your workspace

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Base subscription: ₹999/month (includes up to a set number of users)
  • Additional users: ₹100/user/month
  • Wallet system: ₹100 free credits on signup; additional credits can be purchased
  • WhatsApp message costs and AI usage are deducted from your wallet balance
  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay
  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly; cancel anytime before the renewal date
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of payment

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate WhatsApp's Business Policy
  • Use the platform for illegal activities or to distribute harmful content
  • Attempt to access other workspaces' data or circumvent security measures
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive our source code
  • Upload malware, viruses, or malicious files
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission
  • Exceed API rate limits or abuse platform resources intentionally

6. WhatsApp Business API Compliance

Your use of WhatsApp through our platform must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your contacts before sending messages. Violations may result in your WhatsApp Business Account being suspended by Meta, and we are not liable for such actions.

7. Data Ownership

  • You retain ownership of all data you upload or generate within your workspace
  • We do not claim ownership of your contacts, messages, or business data
  • You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service
  • Upon account deletion, your data will be removed per our Privacy Policy

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime due to third-party dependencies (WhatsApp API, payment gateways). We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inmedoc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

  • You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked
  • Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
